Traditional load balancers are not able to handle asynchronous messaging such as diameter. F5's BIG-IP® Local Traffic Manager ™ (LTM) is built to handle complex protocols such as SIP and Diameter. Furthermore, F5 designed their BIG-IP Application Delivery Controller to handle asynchronous traffic flows. BIG-IP LTM provides the ability to allow:
