  • Hmm I've read many mixed feelings on this product..

  • I wish I would of never bought this sweeper. It worked for 4 months and found out when I took it to Hillsboro Vacumn that they could not fix it and could not get parts for it. I got Bissel involved and they sent me a bad model that stunk of burnt rubber and the hose would not get water to come out of it even though I used the right soap. Now Bissell says they will send me a second sweeper after Fed x picks up tomorrow the bad one and I wait another 16 days when my carpets are bad. This sucks.

  • I had this sweeper and took it to be fixed at Hillsboro Vac and Sew. They had it 4 months and never called me that they could not fix it-it would not suck suds. Called Bissel and they sent me a used sweeper and not a used one and it was broken and they knew it. The claim another one is coming and I have to wait another 14 days. Bissel sucks to high heaven and does not at all care about their customers. If this breaks you are out of luck and will have to refer the problem to your state aj.

  • @synergy141 for $20 i got 4 years warranty..at best buy ..so not a bad deal ..

  • I have a Little Green. Great for small jobs until it stops working. The part on the handle that makes the water pump out has stuck. I opened up the handle and the spring is all rusted. I cleaned the area of dirt and put light oil on it, it somewhat works but will probably has to replace the part. When China manufacters them they should use a non rusting spring!! Bissell correct this problem or they will all end up in the landfill!!
