Frozen back bacon is sliced directly onto the belt and then passes under the vision systems camera before entering the microwave cavity for cooking.
The vision system constantly monitors the amount of bacon in each lane entering the microwave. If one or more lanes of bacon stop (i.e. the operator has not replenished the slicers magazines), the vision system will automatically detect the change and will increase or decrease the KW set point to suit. This will prevent over and under cooking and will vastly reduce the amount of waste.
The Vision system can be upgraded onto existing microwave ovens or included in a new sale.
