@Warden727 thank you for your reply i didnt think anyone would agree, you have put it better than me yes its sappy, and the love is powerful it has to be rock or classical its an amazing film i think everyone should be able to have this passion at least once.

@itstoogoodtopassby I agree its soo powerful in that its appealing to males and females, therefore the songs should be a little more edgy and not so sappy yet still convey's the love between Tristan & Isolde

This song doesn't fit the movie...and it wasn't anywhere in the movie (besides as a video) or on the soundtrack. Better choice would have been "How can I not love you" by Joy Enriquez. Check it out on other Tristan videos...that song would have been better for the movie.
