Dog catchers/Gov't Staff/無能漁護處職員及捉狗員

Staff of Agricultural & Fishery Dept are asked to catch dogs which without licence and injection as well as no dog owner's supervision. As you can see they came to take photos and watch the dogs only. The dogs' disturbance and irritation videos will soon be uploaded. They're still hanging around early in the morning at 0500 hours and at nite. Even though there're two dogs been caught earlier. The real trouble makers in this village are those illegal occupants who do not follow rules and regulations but with the help of the gov't staff of several gov't depts.
投訴本村狗隻問題多年,仍然都是不知做咩嘢,帶相機拍照,手持捉狗捧上上落落,一隻狗都捉唔到.只有用捉狗器及鐵籠才捉到兩隻便收工.狗男女在家又唔上來,人地不在家佢地­就下來,好似玩捉迷藏.明知有人蓄意違法滋擾他人,有可能傷害村民的無打針狗隻,仲唔積極做佢地的本份,今時今日的公務員真無能!至於狗隻出沒的滋擾短片會陸續上載,證明­是有人蓄意所為!
