  • @ASCII808 I used to love Winamp as a kid for the skins, now I look at it and I look at QuickTime Player paired with Perian and I laugh. Though, I don't know about how good FLAC is!

  • FLAC files aren't that big, man. I realize you said that a year ago but.. nowadays 2TB drives can be had for 100-120 dollars so.... space really isn't as OMG a rare commodity as some may think.

I also realize people don't have 24TB of storage like I do OOPS lol.

  • @KeibearsProperty

I'd buy the lossless files, oh well...

  • @AppleSoldier

    What's wrong with FLAC?

Or ALAC. They're basically the same thing. Maybe ASCII does or doesn't know that, but iTunes supports ALAC. Even on 20,000 speakers or 3,000 heahphones I've not heard any difference between the two. Like I said, they're basically the same.

I wish iTunes sold ALAC. The overall bandwidth in America is good enough. If they sell 1-1.4GB movies, they can sell a 25-50MB ALAC file and those can be 1.29 and AAC can stay .99 and lower.

  • haha at 3:31 the app did quit when he hit quit
