Koufta or kofta bi sinia also known as sini koufta or sini kofta. This Middle Eastern recipe is easy to make and is perfect with a side salad.

  • looks easy when she does it ,makes me want to try .

  • @georgelepoete The word koufta comes from the persian word koufteh which means pounded meat, and it is used by the armenians, the turks the greek and many other nationalities. Just because the lebanese or arabs in general call it kibby it doesn't mean that everyone else has to use the same word. Actually the origin of the word kibby is kubba which means "ball".
