Dr. Zachery Tims, Jr. is the Senior Pastor, CEO and founder of New Destiny Christian Center (NDCC). The focus of the ministry is to exemplify the love of Jesus Christ with a passion for helping people. His ministry operates in demonstration of the five-fold ministry gifts and dynamic illustrative preaching that empowers a membership of 8,000+ people. The message of "new destiny" conveys a life changing concept that brings divine reversal in the lives of a people hungry for God and ready for change. It speaks to the heart of man, with a balance of practical principles for living a successful and purpose driven life free of sin, sickness, worry, and debt.

In 1996, Dr. Tims envisioned a ministry that transcends beyond the normal religious traditions of man. Being sent from his Baltimore church, Pastor Tims and his family moved to Orlando, Florida. In 1996 with only six members, they birthed the New Destiny Christian Center in a non-traditional church setting with a multi-cultural mission. Through his passion to touch lives, the church has been a blessing to countless thousands through its major outreach crusades. Several times a year food, clothing, personal toiletries, haircuts, medical screening, and a job fair, and toys for children at Christmas, completes a day of bringing volunteers and church members together to serve needy families, all with a personal touch through their non- profit ministry, Operation Love Outreach, Inc. Billboards throughout the city promote the church as a "Family church meeting family needs." In so doing, the church has also blessed a family with a 3-bedroom home and given down payment assistance for others. They have also given away as many as 50 cars to faithful members. Each Sunday, their Hope for Destiny Ministry busses in homeless and sheltered families who receive a hot meal after services.

After Dr. Tims was miraculously saved, instantly delivered from drug addiction, and called into ministry, he determined to make his young life count by simultaneously earning two Bachelor's degrees, in Accounting from Towson State University, and another in Theology from Maranatha Bible College, in Baltimore, Maryland. He now holds two honorary Doctoral degrees from Vision International University and St. Thomas Christian College for the tremendous work he has accomplished in ministry.

Dr. Tims has written his story, in a new book release, "It's Never Too Late," through Charisma House Publications. The Sunday Worship Services and messages are seen worldwide in over 100 million homes daily through radio and television broadcast. Dr. Tims isa well sought after guest speaker and often a special guest or host on TBN's "Praise the Lord" on the Trinity Broadcasting Network.

Dr. Zachery Tims is a driven man of God. He is a leader of leaders, an avid reality preacher and teacher who has become a trailblazer to many other young preachers and Pastors. He balances his ministry life as the dedicated and proud father of four beautiful children, Zoelle, Zachery III, Zahria and Zion.

  • This was so, so beautiful. I'm crying right now. Dr. Tims was so young, and what a beautiful family he had. I can't imagine what his beautiful children must be going through knowing their father is now gone; the pain they must be feeling! It's just not fair; life can hurt so much

  • Great man of God. I just pray Pastors will become accountable for each other. This could have been prevented in so many ways. He gave so much to his family and the body of Christ. Let's unite and lift each other up in God's strength!!

  • I thought if you had so many people to love you, that the love would and could sustain you. I thought the love from God was enough. Just thinking about what happened to him makes my heart want to expload. I can't imagine what he was going through behind his smile, the pain, etc. I just don't get it. He had so much to live for, and now he's gone. I just want to share my final thoughts with you. GOD BLESS YOU!

  • @cogicboykelly You know, I would have given just about anything to be in his shoes, as it relates to family, immediate and extended, friends, acquaintenances. I would love to have a family love me the way his family and loved ones loved him. I have never, ever known what that kind of love has felt like, and I have brothers and one sister, and we are totaly estranged from one another. I think I have one good friend.

  • @cogicboykelly You're so welcome!

  • @onstageagain do you feel like that comment glorified God?
