Good Chow Gar, your very lucky to have a Sifu who shows you Rib Bone Power Sifu Yip Sui would only teach the most senior students. Keep it up!! Stay soft and full of life

Great Stuff!! Im interested in knowing how you would use the "B.O.B" training dummy,i.e do you mark acupoints on it and use that in training, also what is the name of the form performed at the end.

Thumbs Up
Goof hard work will alway yield results. I am certain your good work pays off.Two questions though:
1) is there any special Chi Gong inmvolved to accompany the conditioning, or is this Chi Gong already contained in the forms?
2) What kind of Dit Da jow do you use? Just any, or a special formula, or none (although I am hard pressed to imagine the latter).
At any rate thanks for posting. The clip is very infoirmative and vers inspirational.
take care and have a nice day

@blacksilkblacksilk Hi, yes there is single chi gung drills which we do soft and hard, but also my sifu taught me do sarm bo jin 1st form, a minimum 3 times a day this can help.
we have many Dit Dar jow formulas in the system, my sifu is specialize in this, and me being luckily to be given some formulas, which make and use in the school.
And been given good feed back.
We have one for getting rid of bruises quick. The another good for making the bones stronger.
All the best
