PART2

This video serves three purposes:
(1) Fulfills a request
(2) Allows me to show Zhang Jiao's ideal weapon
(3) Shows how to get Zhang Jiao's 4th weapon. If it can be done on Chaos this easily when he's maxed, Hard should be no problem

OMG sorry for stupid camera angle

Zhang Jiao is not that bad, if you equip him properly. And this should be the most ideal setup for him, for the average stage. His Mt Qi setup might be different. Speed 40 is the key. Being able to walk this fast, he can always enter pursuing crowds, or officers, with at least the beginning of his C3. This means a LOT for his defense. The second most important item is the Wind Scroll, but it isn't necessary, and not nearly as important as speed items. The Wind Scroll increases his horizontal reach during his C3, when his rod is levitating. This allows him to deal with larger crowd sizes much more easily. Without the Wind Scroll, against massive crowds, it would just mean the he would have to run away for a LONG time.

Although this fulfills perhaps only half of the request, because the requester's reason was to see if I could beat this stage with Zhang Jiao.
Converting Cao Cao and Sun Jian made it a bit easier. But as you can see...I would have just used the same strategies on them...and the video would be longer....too long. The only one worth fighting is Huang Gai because of his jump charge bombs. It would have made Zhang Jiao's C3 very hard to use.

Notes on other strategies:
-how to set fire to stronger officers with his jump charge for juggling
-his jump attack has long reach
-his first normal attack has very protective range, and fast recovery

4th weapon notes:
Defeat Gongsun Yue first to secure that area. It's all finished when the boulders come in. Defeat Zhu Jun to save Zhang Bao's officer near that area. Then convert Cao Cao, and then Sun Jian. Outcomes seem to be very random, such as crowds near the altars, and Deng Mao is usually the one who ruins it, so go as fast as you can.

  • not that i dont trust u...but how do we no its on chaos mode?

  • simple. Watch Part1. Since this is Part2, you cant see the proof.

There is Chaos proof in Part1. But even if there's no Chaos proof, I think I at least show my item configuration, and you can test this configuration out to see for yourself. Green Scroll will really make Hard Mode super easy. So yea....many ways to see that this is on Chaos

  • sofaaaaaaaa

LMAO you were circling around that area waiting for a musou rage hahaha, I remember there's supposed to be one there ??

  • holy shit ya, I was so confused there. I got off just to kill those 5 peons, but no rage.

usually after Killing Liu Bei without killing Jian Yong, his elite guard still stays on the map and wanders around there...

damn I really wanted that rage to fight He Jin...lol that fight was such a slow one

  • I'm not interested to make an superior setup or somtehing, but i just realize (not just in this one, but in orochi too) that his gameplay relies too much in not being exposed. In fact, you do that well in this video, showing sometimes his "upgraded" offense with wind scroll. I found it pretty solid, and came to think of something to make this c3 more spammable, or at least make his recovery time short. Thus, his JC fire tips here make me think af an Dragon Arms setup....

  • please elaborate on a possible and superior Dragon Arms setup

  • Strange how some ppl want and request proves about being in chaos mode.

Try the same and you will see that chaos mode is not that crazy...

Besides, it's abut the setups i'm intrested, not in the difficulty...

Dragon Arms wold be nice to Zhang Jiao, i think...

  • WHAT!!!! THE!!! FUCK!!!! if it is on Chaos mode why are the FUCKING!!!!!!! TROOPS!!!!! dying so FUCKING!!!!!!! FAST? Are the TROOPS very weak when they take damage or does Zhang Jiao have fast killing troop items? Well if it had not have his musou at the end he would have already died. But at least he still won the battle.

  • the one thing i really dont like about chaos mode on DW5, is that the enemy soldiers dont attack as much as they do like in part 4. Expert mode was so much fun on part 4, even after i recieved all fifh weapons, because all enemies could still put up a decent challenge. But i think the Hardest mode ever, was Very Hard on DW3 Xtreme Legends, that was no joke, and the difficulty on that stayed true to its name. VERY HARD lol

  • no.

  • I Wish That Zhang Jiao Should Get His Haircut And Shave His Beard To Make Him Look Nice
