i was just making sure u can use heavens hammer with swords, because i was a sword WK.

On non-bosses, it takes hp to 1. On bosses it hits damage cap.

it does, it hits the damage cap but can't kill.

wait, u are able to use that sanctuary with a sword? how come a hammer pops up when u use it???

You can just see it like the awesome 1/1 move bosses have... or Sephiroth's harvester, it takes their HP down to 1, always works since if it killed them it would deal around 200k to each monster,which would be unnecessarily high.
