I have been blessed i have not had none of the symptoms of menopause.. I have been in menopause for 4yrs. I'm 45..

I LOVE the look on DEZI's face at the end. Priceless! I'm started menopause early (at 42). It's only been a year and I hate this phase, but I love the humor that brought to it!

I am an off and on hot flasher since June 2009 and I noticed they usually go away in teh winter. But since this winter is warm I jsut noticed I don't have them at night( thank goodness) but sometimes during the day. I have a small $10 Zippi fan on my desk ( look up online) thta my Director got for me that works wonders. So I am turning it on and off throughout the day. But I like the idea of also carrying a fan for the long Bart Ride and when I maybe outside.

also i would like to suggest ice packs, one on the back or the soles of the feet. also black cohosh for the night sweats, and evening primrose oil for the ergh, crankiness.

@kswafer I've tried paper plates, I've doubled-up church bulletins & more, BUT the fan is the best, the air is much colder so it cools faster.

Thank goodness my flashes are over hopefully never to return. My menopause has eased up a lot. I was a raging crazy woman!!
