it's DESIGN and produce. I imagine this could be recreated in roughly 20 minutes with all the necessary files ready to use.

Adobe After Effects is extremely complicated and even professionals can't get their project done right away. You guys have no idea how long it actually takes to create an intro. For all you know, that might be even shorter than it usually takes. By the way, the intro is very cool, even thought it isn't exactly scary. :D
