You kept complaining that no one helped you when in fact, calling them back 2 or 3 more times will get you plenty of advice! Most of the time each person will give you a new piece of advice up to 3 or 4 calls. You gave up way to early on them.

Hvae you tried using the Codec more than one time ? You do know they'll sometimes say different things, when you call them, right ?
