"Knowledge?!" Ha.
He said "Listen to what people have to say" and "Be patient". A police officer I would almost have faith in. There is a lot to be said for the difference between officers who consider themselves "Law Enforcers" and those who consider themselves "Public Protection Servants" Seems this gentleman may be the latter.
Cheers to humble Officers like this gentleman who recognize that theirs is a duty to protect and serve with equal parts; patience empathy and caution.
