It's easy to argue against someone when you already have your mind closed and are not willing to listen. Typical anti's and I should know; I USED to be one of you. P.S. Mormons are still 'taking it in the teeth' and for good reason: To date, there has been absolutely NO independent evidence which supports the BoM historical claims. In fact, we have mountains of evidence which contradicts the deducible empirical consequences of BoM claims.

First, that peoples 14,000 years ago possessed the ability to across the breadth of the Pacific and Atlantic oceans is still highly implausible. Second, if some Asiatics migrated to North America via boat, which we have good reason to believe some did, they most assuredly did so via hugging the coast of Siberia and Alaska, down through the west coast, progressively, in the search for food and hospitable harbors. DNA research would seem to support this, as well.
