When talking about who has the best front handspring double front half, it is Thomas Bouhail of France. He actually stuck it both days, but his second vault on day two brought him out of medal. Actually, if you look at everyone best scores on vault (either V1 or V2), Yang had the best, with a 16.866 (9.466 execution), Bouhail had a 16.666 (9.666 Execution).

So arguing on who has the best Dragulescu is pointless.

Just because he gets height does not mean he is better than Dragulescu. Dragulescu was the first person to compete that vault at an international competion and got it named after him. Also, no one is claiming Dragulescu is the greatest. Yang Hak Seon (at least I think that is how you spell it) is the greatest vaulter, with a front handspring triple full: a 7.4 start value. In comparison, Dragulescu is 7.0, Dragulescu pike is 7.2. But really, it is the landing that makes all the difference....
