That's absolutely beautiful girls with no music and recorded on a camera phone (I think). It's a traditional Irish song but I've never heard it sang as good here in Ireland. Nice one :-)

Very nice rendition. One pointer for you: On the 2nd last line of each verse you sang (I think) "and o'er it all" whereas it should be "A leanbhan O" or "A leanbhan Óg", which means "A little child" or a "young little (female) baby" depending on your interpretation. Leanbhan is pronounced as Lan-van and is "As Gailge" - an Irish or Gaelic word.

Sooo pretty :) You both have lovely voices, and suzanne, your alto line is just beautiful!!

I keep returning to this song. It is sung so beautifully. Please please dont ever take it away - I would hate for it to be gone.

B-E-A-U-TIFUL except for the little screw up at the end, but it was a good sound to hear ^-^
beautiful! if i could dowload this video i could. does anybody know how? please don't remove this video ever!! suzanne, i am worried about your beautiful voice as smoking will eventually affect it. it would be a tragedy if you lose that beautiful soprano. you and your sister are awesome and i never tired of it! god bless !

yes, I know. My sister and I first heard this song because Meryl Streep sang it on an album for kids when we were little. i am a lover of Ireland so I was thrilled to find it is an Irish folksong.
