its about 2 feet long ! quite big...powerfull too!.. i want to raise the floor pan on it for beter ride hight, and also make more detail for the shell

how did you get all the wheels running with one motor

if you go to 0:45 in the video you will see a transfer gear at the front of the motor

(black thing with a yellow stciker on it)

the red drive gear' turns another gear which has two drive shafts coming out each end...turning the wheels
