  • acetone will ruin your brushes, it is very drying and it will dehydrate you brush so it won't pick up properly.

THINK ABOUT IT ... would you use acetone on your hair?

  • WOW!! what the heck was that all about?! You should clean your brushes with monomer and by the way NEVER TOUCH YOUR BRUSHES HAIRS WITH YOUR FINGERS!!!! iF YOU HAVE TO CLEAN YOUR BRUSH WITH ACETONE ITS BECAUSE YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR APPLICATION .

  • You just contaminated the bottle you dipped your brush into, also you just contaminated your brush by touching it; all the germs and oils from your fingers just transferred into your brush!!!!

  • so she contaminates a whole bottle of acetone by sticking the brush in the bottle, rather than decanting a small amount into a container. THIS VIDEO IS SO WRONG

  • @lomboy09 i've had it once, that my brush was hard. and i dipped it in monomer and let it soak for a while, then i gently picked the acrylic out with a toothpick, and I still use that same brush.

you might pull some hairs out, but you can still use it.

better than throwing it away right?

  • thank you so much...

  • wow. what a fail. these are NOT experts.

you shouldn't clean your brush with acetone, you should keep it clean during application and then clean it with monomer straight after you have finished using it.
