@donkwich Thanks =) Hey, I've a question. From the instructions it says that Yang is immune to inefficiency for Police State and Planned social engineering choices, but when I choose Police State and Planned I still get a combined -4 efficiency rating instead of being immune to it. Do you have this problem?

@Lkenmaner No it's the same for Morgan. I think Deirdre and Lal also share the same OST, and Miriam, Zakharov, and Santiago all get their own unique one.
