We had a situation at Huddersfield this season where Lee Clark played on loan Man U midfielder Danny Drinkwater. He was total shite, but played game in game out when there were 2 or 3 different options sat on the bench. The rumour going around the club was that it was done to keep Ferguson happy and get the lad experience. But to be honest Lee Clark and our new chairman are vey much to the type to stick two fingers up at anybody from outside the club trying to influence things.

We have similar problem again, our manager is like bumchum to Celtic's manager, and we have Ben Hutchinson on loan from them, so even though he's crap and we have 3 other good strikers we have to play him to keep Celtic friendly :/
