  • i didnt see any lingcod in that video wuts with that? lol thats almost exactly where i caught my 35-40 lb lingcod!

  • I saw plenty of lingcod that day but they are typically resting on the bottom, not up in the water column where I was shooting the rockfish and kelp.

  • How did you learn to freedive/apnea? I want to learn myself so I can dive down there, but I want to do it safely. Any tips?

  • Thanks for the share

Have lived here all my life and had no idea there was so much life just under the surface at the breakwater.

May have to alter my fishing strategy after seeing this

    Cheers

  • Wow, I'd have never guessed there was THAT much sea life there! wow

  • excellent job!

  • how many dives is this video made up from? i could never hold my breath for that long aha :-)

  • those are great shots of the fish all through the bull kelp

has a nice vertical 3d effect alot of dive shots lack cuz they are usually close shots along the bottom

  • Yeah, that's great bit of footage Tom.

  • Wow! Cool... I walk along the breakwater a few times a week and I've always wondered what lurks beneath... great video!
