Thinking About Suicide and Death and Other Goodies

Just trying to be honest here and tease out what suicidal ideation, as the docs put it, might mean from a different point of view. Sorry for the sniffles. Cold season.

My lifes going downhill with grades and family so suicide is the way for me.

You sound as though you think about this much as I do. Or, talk about it in the same way. Having the option does, I think, help keep me sane. But it frightens me that I feel almost certain that I will, someday, exercise that option. Hang in there, and good luck.

Yhea i know what you mean! I think about killing myself everyday several Times a day. First Time i tought about it I was about 5 years old. And you are right you can't tell this to anybody cause they freak Out and push people away so I have learned to keep it to myself...
