The speed of the handles is directly related to the speed of the boat, the connection at the front end should definately be the slowest part of the drive, as the spoons gather water behind them.
So imagine - Glutes = slow / Legs = moderate / Back = Faster / Arms = Fastest
Remember when you're crew rowing and you hear everyone breathe "pogh-poghhhhhhhh"... the second part is the body and shoulders coming back expelling the air. Try breathing the same.

Your legs could probabaly leg press 300kg,
Your back, hamstrings and glutes could deadlift 130kg,
Your arms could only benchpull 80kg......
You should row in that sequence with those ^^^ emphasis on the acceleration.

3. Wouldn't hurt to Square-Up earlier too - just as your hands are over your ankles.
How did you fix the camera on? I'd love to do a clip of me rowing from that angle...not that I ever get flat water like that!

I used a GoPro surf camera..its a waterproof HD video camera which has a suction cup at the bottom. You can pick them up online, my boat club had one
