In this short film, three youths draw on their own experiences to provide an essential guide to staying afloat while navigating the choppy waters of adolescence. It's a time when youth undergo big changes and assume new responsibilities, juggling school, family and friends. Throw in work, dating, exams, racist remarks and extracurricular activities, and it's no wonder teens get knocked off balance. Spoken word performer Kyra Shaughnessy and a diverse chorus of young voices provide running commentary, making XS Stress an insightful report from the teens of today.

@phubans okay, america has some name isues. america includes north america and south america. north america is splitin to 2 countries. usa and canada. people in canada r called canadians but because united stasian sounds stupid the us choose the generic name american. in away we are all "americans" but r seperated by our individual races as all countries r.

btw.. this is just what im guessing.. lol being 14 i have no clue if any of this is true or not ;D

@Snarfbargler u d be suprised. im sure many would disgree with u. u gotta remember when ur young u have hormonal changes, phisycial changes, not to mention the many family issues now days, and trying to fit in well keeping up ur grades and pleasing ur parents, teachers and friends. this to me seems more difficult then much else. at least as an adult u know ur place in life. as a teen u dont know what the futures gona be like and thats more scary then any thing else.
