macs are rubbish anyway. Get a pc and it'll play your files perfectly.

by any chance would any one know if this type of file it is filmed in is recognized in final cut pro 7?

i can't play mts files on my less then a year old $2700 macbook pro when i click on them. i'm forced to use I movie and as soon as I do I lose my 1080p and get 720p . Anyone know why imovie does this? i want full 1080 hd . I know I can load them onto youtube and youtube does it but i can't play raw MTS files. do i need a different program?

i put them into iphoto first then in imovie it will say something about importing thumbnails and you click yes then to the left there will be a link saying "iphoto videos" or something. go to that. hope this helps.

my pc is too slow to do it too but i have an imac and there is no lag whatsover.

Great video. I just got this camera and love it. Except my PC can't even playback the MTS files. It is too slow. I want to get a macbook pro. Does your mac play the files back smooth with lag and skipping frames.

i need help. i just got my hf 200 2 days ago and i have a mac, i put my memory card into my macbook and brought up imovie 09 and went to import and saw that it wouldnt let me open the streaming file and put the scenes on. how did you put the videos on imac? could you please help me? many thx!!!

Make sure your camera is conected to the power supply. It does not seem to work if it not

awesome. it performed surprisingly well in low light. can you post more videos of perhaps outdoors on a sunny day?

I am going to Thailand for a month will put some video up of my trip when I get back. I am very happy with the camera so far.
