Medical records show that Dean Braxton experienced cardiac arrest for one hour and forty-five minutes. He died and found himself transported into the Throne Room of God. Dean saw family members, angels assigned to us, prayers in heaven, and more. Today he is called the "Miracle Man" having been supernaturally healed of twenty-nine conditions.

If you look at the medical records, it says he was in critical care for 1 hour and 45 minutes. The part that the host highlighted. NOT that he had cardiac arrest for 1 hour and 45 minutes. A person doesn't survive for longer than several minutes and if he came back, he would have had severe brain damage. (which he apparently does, because he can't read his own medical trasncript.
