Only the first one was released on GBA (along with SNES, Genesis, PC, and Amiga).
The second one was released for SNES, PlayStation, Saturn, and PC.

How did Baleog get that bionic arm anyway? I'm guessing he saw it, Erik said that he had two perfectly good arms, and then Baleog ripped his own arm off and then said that he needed it.
