I'd just like to make a suggestion. I was thinking it would be cool if one of you playing guitar put your capo in a different position so that you weren't playing the exact same chord voicings. It isn't really noticeable when you play along because you're playing the exact same chords. If one of you put the capo on the first fret, you could play the same chords but with different chord shapes, giving the song a more complex harmonic texture. Just a thought.
