Mike McCready of Pearl Jam got back together with Rick Friel and Chris Friel of his old band Shadow for a new incarnation -- Shadow '86 -- to play a benefit show at the Tractor Tavern in Seattle. They played mostly Jimi Hendrix covers and Cready played half of Voodoo Chile behind his back. I still can't believe I saw this live.

Don't give this guy too much credit. His hand position is basically standard, being behind his back really doesn't change much. Look up Michael Angelo Batio - he not only actually plays in truly backwards/upside-down positions, with BOTH hands, but what he plays is actually difficult and TIGHT!
