For those of you needing a KISS history lesson, Peter recorded Out Of Control nearly simultaneously as Dynasty. This song, though, was NOT demoed by KISS and was never recorded by KISS. It was actually REJECTED by KISS for Dynasty. The only member of KISS on this demo is Peter Criss.

This is good but Dirty Livin is better. Peter was never the best songwriter or singer.

Sounds like Bob Seger should be singing this song

People are really critical of Peter's first solo album, but I always liked it. Sure the others rocked harder, but Peter always had lots of soul, and I appreciated that about him. Unlike the other guys in KISS he always sounded comfortable and natural with whatever he was singing.

Peter has a great voice....I love his contributions to the Kiss albums, Dirty Livin' came out great on Dynasty...can't see how this one could have fit though. His first two albums sounded very 'light', but vocally, he was always strong. The Let me Rock You album was his best in my opinion, with solid tunes and great vocal performances by Peter.

This song highlights how Peter was sooooo (TOO) influenced by weak, OOOOOOLLLDDD music and didn't feel the need to progress into harder or darker music. and yes, I would call that PROGRESS! Strange thing is...there is something about Peter Criss that I have always liked! Something intangible.
I got the album but the osng isn't on it?

@liamzuid This is a demo, and you can find it on the several silver CD bootlegs, f.ex. "The Lost Solo Treasures"
