This exciting seminar covers blocking, striking, takedowns, off balancing, and joint locks found within the little known aspects of the Filipino and Indonesian martial arts. These arts are known as Panantukan & Silat. The techniques are smooth, flowing, hard hitting and to the point. They can be adapted to a person of any size.
Nice techniques!

mano mano... cadena de mano only uses hands. panuntukan uses all limbs. do want to call it sipasuntok?

suntok is the main verb. suntukan merely means fist fight. the correct usage here is panuntukan, becuase it uses many aspects within the fight. we filipinos that practice this art call it panuntukan.
