Oh I actually know one of the users on youtube who I subscribed to who uses this, wwww!! And i thought this whole time that it was a neko cat sign or something :3 I had no idea it was for laughing, but don't people sometime put laughs like (laughs) or ( 笑）? O.O I do that when i write to my japanese friend.
