I don't know what jazzed up organs you listen to, but the DX100, 21 & 27 are fantastic synths that are still used today. The FM modulation is starting to get used again a lot, hence this is why the second hand price of the DX range are going up constantly.

@RetroSoundsDA I need help badly!!!! I'm trying to find somewhere I can order of buy a Yamaha DX-11 because a lot of stores discontinued the DX. Where can I go because I want this thing really bad!!!

Yuck! You made listen to the whole bloody thing again at 2 in the morning to find that bloody bass you're talking about and I couldn't find anything remotely resembling a good bass!! I almost sicked up for the second time!

@hindsighter Shut up! And the preset SOLID BASS???? The best bass in a Synth ever made. DX100 - 21 - 27. That preset IS the synthesizer! And another cool bass too.

@hamett It is possible to get sounds like the killers use from the DX-21, but I'd recommend getting the Microkorg, that's the main synth the killers use for most of there music.
