actually im person that just got back from deployment and yes we do pass out candy, moron. We have built schools and hospitals. While i was there i saw amazing improvement in all aspects from schools to having a market out doors and women getting an education. I wonder if they might be biased in their reporting, or if they would still get all the info on new weapons and other military items if they produced a story that went against the government's official line.
