Police handcuff torture.

PC 5680 Fenton of West Mids Police uses handcuffs as an impliment of torture, will not allow himself to be identified and states that this cruel punishment is being inflicted because he was asked to be polite. Fenton is still at large as the IPCC are failing in their duty and refuse to charge him. The footage was only released after the prisoner ransomed his consent to access his medical records for it despite requesting it many times previously. The detainee suffered a sprainded wrist, heavy bruising and permenant nerve damage (handcuff neuropathy, so common it even has a name), despite the medical proof of ABH and the shocking treatment in this video, Fenton is still free to abuse the public he swore an oath to protect. 30/4/10, Steelhouse Lane Police station, Birmingham

The acting is comparable to that of the A&E doctor and neurology consultant who are both testifying for the prosecition of this thug. I suppose I should have put in the view from the overhead cameras that clearly shows the bruising and swelling but I put the video together in a rush, you lives and learns eh?

You will get no joy from the IPCC, they are mostly police officers. 90% of senior investigators are ex old bill.

What on earth were you arrested for? be interesting to know for context to this video. Not that it in any way excuses the conduct of these officers. They must of learn't their tactics in Iraq.

Drunk and dissorderly. Besides the fact that I was not drunk and had my hands in my pockets whilst was walking away from a couple of PCSO's who were trying to cause an issue, I never raised my voice nor caused a breach of the peace nor dissorder, I merely questioned what they were doing and their authority. This pair of thugs shoved me face first into a shop window and followed up with this treatment because I asked them to be polite and to stop treating me badly.

You are being a dick! You stand on the seat and the officer sticks you back on your backside, you wriggle about which makes matters worse and you are constantly babbling on like an idiot. There is no proof whatsoever that the officer was moving the cuffs to cayse deliberate pain, just you saying that he was and you ARE clearly drunk. No sympathy fgor you at all.

surely if that guy was tortured, his human rights were violated (article 2 under the human rights act- the prohbition of torture)? if you are serious about getting justice you should contact a human rights lawyer?

I think this CCTV is excellent proof of exactly why that cretin needed to be arrested. Fancy shouting like that when people are trying to work.
