Hendricks presentation was part of the Green Growth-Smart Strategies conference organized by the Heinrich Boell Foundation and Friends of the Earth Czech Republic, held in Prague on October 21,2010. The conference was part of The Climate Network (www.TheClimateNetwork.org) a 2-year program on regional low carbon growth strategies by the Heinrich Boell Foundation's offices in Brussels, Prague and Washington, DC.
