Trent Edwards has been practicing this week without pain in his groin and figures to start at Denver. This will bring some life to the Bills, as draft bust JP Losman has been horrific. Had the Bills not drafted Losman in the first round its highly unlikely he would have ever seen the field the past two seasons. Buffalo will have success running the ball behind Marshawn Lynch and that will open things up for the Bills passing game. Denver has played poor defense at home as they give up an average of 26 points per game in front of the home folks. The Broncos also allow 140 yards per game on the ground and the Bills will get Lynch going they will be competitive in this game. Denver has suffered injuries to their running back position and will try running it by committee. And as Denver does not possess the breakaway back it makes it easier for Buffalos defense to double on Brandon Marshall to make him less effective in this game. Look Denver is 0-7 against the spread at home and give up 26 points per game at home. You cannot lay 7 at home with this team. If the game lands 3 or 4 you win no matter who wins. Take Buffalo +7.
