This is an experiment I built to see how far I could push "procedural animation" techniques.
It starts with a creature editor where you can place bones and muscles on a virtual creature; then, when you're satisfied with your design, you can tell the program to animate the creature. The animation happens automatically.
The program uses
- physics simulation to simulate the body of the virtual creature;
- genetic algorithms to develop the animation.

that's crazy!

Help, your tool does not work for me... I can create creature, but when I test it, it's not there, and when I try to generate an animation it says -1000 px and there will be no creature either..
