no one understands that if you have a video ref or not... the decision will always be in the hands of the 1st official... even if the video ref says that henry handled the ball the 1st official can simply say that he didnt handle the ball

Yeah but if the 1st Ref is getting accurate info/advise from a fellow Ref who was able to see something better than the 1st Ref, for the 1st Ref to not take that info and act on it could be considered match fixing I would think
