M.C. Schmidt and John Berndt only agree on 50% of everything but they have a lot in common: both ridiculously multi-vectored autodidacts, experimental obsessives, big talkers and wind up artists, multi-instrumentalists, perverse equipment abusers, and lovers of the power of disorienting and overwhelming aesthetic delirium. They have never played together before this week but in many ways, their approaches to creative activity are strangely complementary.
