If you've ever challenged someone about why they believe in a god you've likely
encountered at least one of the answers tonight's guest has written about. Journalist and travel writer Guy Harrison's new book, "50 Reasons People Give for Believing in God" is a witty and non-judgmental look at what people commonly believe is evidence
for a Divinity. Harrison draws on his education as an anthropologist and his
experiences with cultures worldwide to examine the faulty reasoning that goes
into these beliefs and also offers hopeful alternatives to the destructive and divisive reasoning of religion.

I think it would be plain to anyone reading this conversation who is being closed minded.

I wish for you to read your bible for yourself. Then seek to prove it right with all you have, not just what others tell you. Then may you see for yourself what I have.

@alexandruthegreat95 Same location of extremities, same facial features (ours deformed a bit from the cranial growth), nails instead of claws, same internal organs and same positioning of those organs, (for omnivores) same kinds and similar numbers of teeth in the same positions, same expressions and reactions for many of the same stimuli, apes can be taught human forms of communication, and on and on and I didn't even get into the skeletal or DNA structure.

Can you see it now?
