Lucky Strike isn't a skill. Its pretty much Critical Hit. And its not learnable either.

I fucking hate forced situations. FORCE THEM INTO CUTSCENES. DON'T GIVE FREEDOM IF YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO LOSE. Damn programmers. Better yet avoid the cheap programming and make it so that if you win he dies forever and Ryu gets a permanent boost to ATK.

You can stalemate Garr for a couple of hours but he still whips you. Well actually he doesnt because I can deal 10 times Myrias HP to him before I go down.

Actually, if you survive through a number of rounds after he goes into kill mode, he says something else uses an insta-kill move. Doesn't matter if you are level 99 and in Dragon form with full health, you die. Now THAT is cheating.

you need high agi to get lucky strike and with garr its pretty much unthinkable...
