@nerdflanders8710 Martin Luther King was very anti-war and a Republican who protested to end the Vietnam war just like John Fogerty. MLK said the tax dollars should be put toward "programs of social uplift." Your views are so similar to both men, I can't tell if you support Obama or Bush. The situations you talk about are hypothetical and sound like cliche pro-war Hollywood movie scripts. The situations I mentioned are a sad reality. Lines between political parties have been blurred.
