This is a great exercise to do at the end of your workout...especially if you don't have any "specialized" grip training equipment.
*Make sure the "smooth sides" of both plates are facing OUT.

  • My grip has always suffered in the past (mainly because of injury) but in my finisher today i managed 90Ib for 40 seconds. Still got to beat beast Joe here!!

  • another good one would be farmer's walk w/ heavy dumbbells

  • good stuff ... grip training needs to become more popular ... it's key to accomplishing alot of big lift
