personally I have to disagree, I know I'm attracted to men and while I've had friendships with women the thought of marrying or having sex with them is repulsive to me. Even if I loved the soul of a woman I could not forget their external genitalia. That aspect of her being is just something that I could not get over and would make furthering our relationship impossible.

And that is your right to identify yourself. I just think we have the capacity to love beyond the physical aspect. I should have phrased it better and said capacity in the video. Never ever would I claim that people are lying if they identify other than myself.

I never would claim that you would either. I just disagree with the claim of a capacity to do so. Unless you mean strict ability then yes, a gay man can have sex with a woman just like straight men can go gay for pay, but in the broad sense I don't see any gay men willingly marrying women who aren't repressing themselves and I don't see any straight men who enter same-sex relationships that aren't denying themselves also. That part of us can always be repressed but not without doing us harm.

Very true. There's a difference between going against our nature (specifically, sexuality) and limiting oneself because of a label. You seem aware of your identity, but I think some people assume their sexuality and stagnate because of it. That is what I mean by capacity.

OK you, yadda yadda relationships. When you were dating both those girls and boys, were you actively and enjoyably boinking each? I'm NOT asking for an answer, only offering some brass tacks for a litmus test... which I know academics and poets hate.
