Very nice. I make hamburger goulash, too. Just about the same recipe that my mom made as far back as I can remember. It is one of those dishes that can be a complex or simple as you want and it almost always comes out tasting fantastic. Thanks for a great video!

We make a variation of this at our house often. Instead of oregano we use several tablespoons of fresh terragon. In place of home canned tomatoes we use canned diced tomatoes. To finish it we add 8oz of grated mozzerella cheese (or whatever is in the fridge) on top and cover and let the cheese melt for about 5 minutes. Then serve.
