OC Public Guardian jack hammers 90 yo mom in nursing home

The NEW Orange County Public Guardian, Lucille Lyon, jack-hammered my 90 year old mom in Country Villa Healthcare Center Laguna Hills for hours today (August 24, 2011). I arrived at 6:17 p.m. but not more than 10 feet from her bed there was a jack-hammer digging a hole through the concrete hallway and a couple feet into the dirt. Dirt and dust was flying in the air, her door was open, she was given no mask, no ear plugs, and the staff refused to even wheel her out of the room to a quiet area despite the fact that she was in a wheel chair. I demanded that they move her but they ignored me on instructions from Ms. Lyon. I immediately faxed a demand letter to the house supervisor threatening to call the Laguna Hills Police, but she ignored me. When the Laguna Hills Police finally arrived at 10:00 p.m. to conduct a welfare check on my mom they refused to actually do so, refused to let me visit her, and said take it up with the Public Guardian tomorrow. My mother is allergic to dust, she went for weeks with untreated pneumonia starting in late February of this year but was misdiagnosed by the nursing staff and finally was only admitted to hospital on March 24 after I threatened to call the police. And then when she was discharged back to Country Villa with orders to receive respiration treatment the staff were too lazy to administer it, leaving me to do it, and then when the equipment failed because of their own negligence they blamed me for it. It is experiences like this that makes a person seriously consider taking the law into their own hands, because the "law" is not protecting my mom, and it will surely kill her if I don't get her out of this rat hole and back home where she will be safe and sound. But this is just "business as usual" for Lucille Lyon, the new Public Guardian.

The Santa Clara Office of the Public Guardian hijacked my mother out of Kaiser Hospital! They jack hammered her bank accounts, life insurance policy and her home and literally jack hammered down a professional sound proof recordng studio on her property! She is held isolated drugged at VILLA FONTANA SAN JOSE CA !
