I also think that using that particular "male actor" was questionable to say the least.

if you can be convincing as female and you wont stand out as male dressing female cloth well no problems at all, but if everyone can see that you are male or give expression of male rather than what you are intended - think twice before going public, cause not every one can be understandable about your issue or dream. Person from this video in my eyes is female. mission complete so to speak! well your life is your life but you are part of society remember that - no one is an island.

i believe that at the begining those ppl were still aware that they have turned to abnormality and has thus afraid and try to back to normal. I think parent especially mother's guidance and love is important in an attempt to get him back to normal.
